Marco Island

Marco Island is nearly all waterfront, and the pool deck is often the most used room in the house. We rebuild tired concrete decks with pavers and new coping, pitched away from the pool and the seawall, on a compacted base that will not settle.

Salt air and full sun fade and stain pavers faster on the island than inland. We seal every project with a product chosen for coastal exposure and offer regular pressure washing and resealing to keep the color.

Marco is the southern end of our coverage area, and we schedule island projects in blocks so the crew is on site every day until the job is done.
