It depends on the square footage, the paver you choose, and whether an old slab has to come out first. We measure on site and send a written, itemized estimate at no charge, so you can see exactly where the number comes from.
Almost always the base. Southwest Florida's sandy soil needs proper excavation, a compacted crushed-rock base, and a screeded sand bed under the pavers, plus edge restraint around the perimeter. We do all of that on every job, and it is the main reason our work stays level.
Yes. Sealing locks the joint sand in place, keeps mold and weeds out, and protects the color from the Florida sun. We recommend cleaning and resealing every two to three years, and we offer pressure washing and sealing as a standalone service for pavers we did not install.
Yes. Demolition is one of our core services. We break out and haul away old concrete, pavers, and coping, then build the new surface on a fresh base. One crew handles both, so there is no gap between the two jobs.
Most residential driveways, walkways, and patios take two to five days depending on size and whether demolition is involved. Pool deck and pool remodeling projects run longer. Your written estimate includes a realistic start and finish date.
